Run the construction business around the project, not a stack of disconnected records.

MPANDO HUB, a product of MPANDO GLOBAL Inc., brings together project and site management, purchasing, materials and inventory, subcontract work, sales CRM and operational financial records. Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and property professionals can work within a shared project context, with access defined by company and role. Modules, data flows and implementation scope are agreed for your business.

How the workflow connects

  1. 01

Create the project structure and responsible teams.

  2. 02

Define subcontract packages and material needs.

  3. 03

Review quotes, approvals, orders and physical receipts as separate stages.

  4. 04

Follow site progress and commercial records.

  5. 05

Connect authorised inventory and sales workflows where relevant.

Evaluate the platform against a complete construction workflow

A main contractor needs to understand how the site, buying team, subcontractors and office work together. MPANDO HUB brings these functions into a shared project context. A useful evaluation follows one realistic project through its handoffs and checks the roles, records and exceptions your business actually needs.

Follow one material requirement from site to receipt

Start with a site requirement tied to a project. Review the requested specification, supplier responses, approval and order, then examine a partial receipt or a delivery discrepancy. Ask the demonstration team to show who is responsible at each stage. Purchasing, physical stock and the associated financial records should be understood as related but distinct events.

Connect subcontract work to evidence of progress

Use a sample work package with its scope, responsible team and measurement basis. Review how progress records support the commercial assessment, and clarify the approval required before a progress payment is treated as accepted. A site photograph or an activity marked complete is not, by itself, approval of a payable amount.

Define the rollout before adding more projects

Start with the company structure, project types, user roles and records you want to manage. Agree the initial modules, opening data, training responsibilities and acceptance checks. If property sales are part of your business, include the authorised inventory and CRM handoff. Assess local accounting requirements and external integrations separately from operational project reporting.

Questions from main contractors and developers

What makes MPANDO HUB relevant to a main contractor?

MPANDO HUB, a product of MPANDO GLOBAL Inc., connects project and site operations, procurement, inventory, subcontract work, property sales CRM and operational finance. It is intended to bring contractors and their authorised partners into a shared project context. The modules and data flows used by each company are defined for its implementation.

What should we ask to see in a construction software demo?

Choose one representative project and follow a material request through quotation, approval, ordering and receipt. Then review a subcontract work package, its progress evidence and commercial approval. Include a partial delivery or disputed quantity so the evaluation covers exceptions as well as the straightforward process.

Can site teams, buyers and subcontractors have different access?

Access is defined by company, project, role and enabled modules. Prepare a list of who needs to view, create, review or approve each type of record. Ask the demonstration team to show those roles within the proposed setup, including the limits on external partner access.

Does an order automatically mean the materials are in stock?

No. An order records a purchasing step; goods receipt records what has physically arrived. Storage, transfer, allocation and consumption are separate inventory events. Review these distinctions in the agreed workflow so an open order is not mistaken for available material or completed site consumption.

Does the finance module replace statutory accounting everywhere?

No universal statutory-accounting claim is made. MPANDO HUB includes operational financial records and reporting, while local tax, payroll, statutory accounting and any external-system integration need their own assessment. Confirm the responsibilities and required outputs for the proposed market and deployment.

How can we prepare a first-project rollout?

Share the project type, team structure, intended users, priority workflows and current source of opening records. Agree the initial module scope, data preparation, role setup, training and acceptance checks before expanding. Availability, implementation services, support and commercial terms are confirmed with our team.

Warranty and aftercare

We stand behind every product we supply and every service we deliver. All supplied products and services are backed by warranty commitments for the agreed scope. Coverage, duration, conditions and the remedy process vary by product and work and are set out in the quotation, contract or applicable warranty document.

Product coverage, installation workmanship and digital-service commitments are described separately where appropriate. Software and digital-twin work is assessed against the agreed functions, deliverables and acceptance criteria. An ongoing support plan, availability commitment or later content change is specified separately. Applicable statutory rights are not reduced.

For warranty or aftercare assistance, email [email protected] with the project or order reference, product or service, delivery date and a description of the issue.
