From the first project requirement to a connected construction workflow
MPANDO HUB is the construction software and trade network developed by MPANDO TECHNOLOGY, the technology arm of MPANDO GLOBAL Inc. It connects main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and real estate teams around projects, site operations, procurement, materials, sales and operational finance. Start with the decisions your team needs to make, then define the records, responsibilities and access behind them.
Construction management software and a professional trade network for UK main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and estate agency teams. Connect procurement, site records, progress-payment information, property sales and operational finance.

07 · A trade network with scoped collaboration
PrepareYour company type, partner roles and the specific work or purchasing interaction.
Follow the process
Identify the contractor, subcontractor, supplier or real estate workflow.
Define which records each participant needs.
Configure the relevant company, project and role permissions.
Demonstrate an allowed action and an action that should remain restricted.
08 · Plans, takeoff, AI and interactive presentations
PrepareExample drawing formats, expected measurements, communication channels or MTWIN presentation requirements.
Follow the process
Choose the particular advanced function to assess.
Supply an approved example and define the expected output.
Review the result, permissions and any human approval step.
Agree the supported format, integration, delivery and maintenance scope.
A practical path to implementation
Choose one representative project and one priority workflow. Prepare sample records, identify the people who create, review and approve them, and define the result you expect. Demonstrate the full sequence, including an exception such as a partial delivery or revised quote. Agree data preparation, access, training, support and acceptance criteria before extending the scope. Use anonymised examples until the data-sharing arrangements are agreed.
Questions to ask before choosing construction software
Is MPANDO HUB only for large main contractors?
No. The product addresses several construction-sector roles. Start with your organisation type, team responsibilities and the workflow you need. The appropriate modules, setup and commercial scope are agreed for that use case.
Can a specialist contractor focus only on its own packages?
The intended workspace follows the company's enabled modules, project scope and user permissions. Include package access and an example of restricted information in the demonstration.
How does a supplier participate?
Discuss the process from a construction requirement to an offer, commercial decision and order. Confirm who can see the request, who responds and which records the supplier may access.
Can a real estate agent work alongside a developer's sales team?
Describe the agent's permitted projects, units and customer interactions. Demonstrate the relevant real estate workspace and agree the rules for customer information, availability and follow-up.
Can we compare offers with different exclusions?
Prepare a common item and scope structure, then identify the exclusions and alternatives explicitly. Price, quantity, unit, delivery and payment assumptions must be understood before a commercial decision.
How should partial deliveries be handled?
Demonstrate an order received in more than one delivery. Review received quantities, remaining quantities and discrepancies separately; do not close the whole requirement simply because one invoice has arrived.
Can one procurement team serve several projects?
Use sample requests from different projects. Check that comparisons remain useful while approvals, orders, deliveries and project attribution stay within the intended scope.
Does a purchase automatically become stock or consumption?
No. Purchasing and physical material events are different. Confirm the receipt, inventory, allocation and consumption steps required for your process.
Can quantities and drawings be reviewed together?
Bring the drawing format, measurement units, revisions and the takeoff outcome you need. Confirm supported formats and review the result in a demonstration before relying on it for a commercial commitment.
How are variations and revised requirements assessed?
Keep the original scope and the proposed change identifiable. Demonstrate how your team records revised quantities, supporting information and the decision needed before proceeding.
Does a subcontractor progress record authorise payment?
Not by itself. Progress review, contractual acceptance, invoicing and payment approval have different purposes. Agree the responsibilities and approval points for your commercial process.
Can workforce coordination be included?
Discuss teams, site assignments and the workforce information your operation needs. Local payroll, employment compliance and biometric attendance should not be assumed to be included without a confirmed scope.
Can we connect our existing accounting software?
Identify the software, records, exchange direction and required frequency. Interface availability, field mapping, permissions and reconciliation are assessed before an integration is agreed.
Does HUB replace local statutory accounting?
Operational finance supports construction business records and project visibility. Country-specific accounting, tax submission and payroll functions require separate verification and a defined implementation scope.
Can we work with several currencies and measurement units?
Provide examples of the actual currencies, units and conversion decisions involved. Confirm the supported workflow and reporting treatment in the demonstration; a translated page does not establish local financial compliance.
Can sales availability be shown in MTWIN?
A connection can be scoped around an agreed source of unit data. Define field ownership, update frequency, rights and the required sales experience. A one-time file import is different from a continuously maintained connection.
Is every advanced capability enabled for every account?
No. Enabled modules, permissions and the agreed implementation determine the available workflow. Ask for the capabilities important to your team to be demonstrated with an example.
How should we evaluate AI-assisted functions?
Use a representative, non-sensitive example and agree the expected output and human review step. AI-generated information should be checked before it becomes an approved commercial or project decision.
Are email or messaging integrations automatically included?
Specify the channel, sender, recipients, approval and delivery evidence required. A configured communication option is not proof that a particular message was delivered; confirm the complete workflow and any external service requirements.
Can we bring records from spreadsheets or another system?
Share the structure of a sample export and identify required fields, duplicates, ownership and opening balances where relevant. Data mapping, validation and import responsibilities are agreed before production data is moved.
Can we use HUB on site and in the office?
Describe the devices, browsers and connectivity you use. Check the required workflows on those devices. Offline operation, mobile applications and device-specific capabilities must be confirmed rather than assumed.
How are confidential project records handled?
Agree the company, role and project permissions and the information partners need. Request the applicable contractual and technical details for hosting, retention and data handling before sharing sensitive project data.
What should a useful demonstration include?
One complete process, the people responsible, a normal case and an exception. For example, follow a material requirement through offers, approval, a split delivery and the resulting project records.
How are pricing and rollout timing determined?
They depend on the users, modules, implementation, data preparation, integrations and support required. Request a scoped proposal that separates initial setup, ongoing service and optional work.
Who provides support and warranty follow-up?
MPANDO GLOBAL Inc. stands behind the agreed product and service scope. Send enquiries to info@mpandoglobal.com. Software deliverables, acceptance, support arrangements and applicable warranty conditions are defined in the proposal and contract.
Can we keep our client projects private?
Yes. A project does not need to become a public case study. Agree confidentiality, access and permitted document use before exchanging sensitive information.
Regional project guide
For a refurbishment, a residential development or a commercial fit-out, a useful proposal starts with the tender information and the interfaces between trades. We work from the scope, specification and programme so that the client, main contractor, subcontractors and sales team understand their responsibilities.
The strength of a group, with a defined responsibility for every scope
MPANDO GLOBAL Inc. is a multi-sector corporate group. MFABER brings materials, installation, interiors and subcontract packages into a defined delivery scope. MPANDO TECHNOLOGY develops MPANDO HUB for construction operations and the professional trade network. MTWIN creates interactive property and digital-twin experiences. A combined project still needs explicit deliverables, interfaces, approvals and acceptance criteria for each service.

We stand behind every product we supply and every service we deliver. All supplied products and services are backed by warranty commitments for the agreed scope. Coverage, duration, conditions and the remedy process vary by product and work and are set out in the quotation, contract or applicable warranty document.
Product coverage, installation workmanship and digital-service commitments are described separately where appropriate. Software and digital-twin work is assessed against the agreed functions, deliverables and acceptance criteria. An ongoing support plan, availability commitment or later content change is specified separately. Applicable statutory rights are not reduced.
